Took a walk this morning from Chapeltown to Elsecar reservoir and also the heritage centre. First time visiting the heritage centre and was really impressed. Free entry and all sorts of little shops and craft places, along with plaques of historical info. Here are some pics!

First time I've ever seen a parakeet in my garden! It was on the bird feeder for some time, so was able to dash upstairs and grab my DSLR!

I heard the sound of trickling water whilst walking along Cinder Hill Lane from Grenoside to Ecclesfield. Followed a public footpath a few metres and found this beautiful little scene 😊

The beautiful St Mary's Church in Ecclesfield. Completed around 1500, the Church is a Grade 1 listed building which has been updated and maintained in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Externally there is a fine graveyard, lytchgate and war memorial, the area around the Church is lightly shaded by
